It depends on where you are. Orders processed here will take 5-7 business days to arrive. Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.

Once you have placed your order, the order is logged and cannot be adjusted. We request that you review the contents of your order before continuing to the payment section.

Once your package is released to the shipping facility it is no longer the responsibility of Recharge Active Wear (RAW) LLC. You will have to file a claim with the United States Postal Service to track your package and resolve your issue.

Recharge Active Wear (RAW) LLC has the right to use pictures and/or videos submitted voluntarily by customers for use including, but not limited to: social media posting, website usage, email and text message marketing.

We prefer to take all questions, compliments, or complaints via email (support@itsrawactive.com). It will allow you to give full detail about your concerns, and allow us to have something to reference when addressing your concerns. Please include your order number.
